We focus our white
water rafting on the Skykomish River, but offer several other rafting
adventures as well. The
Skykomish is actually two rivers; the North Fork and the Main. For early spring melt, when rivers are running hard, the white
water rafting on the North Fork is best.
It’s a narrow, technical Class III-IV that will satisfy
the most experienced white water rafting thrill seekers.
As water levels decline, the white water rafting moves to
the Main branch of “the Sky”.
This run has one rapid after another, including Aquagasm,
Lunch Hole, Proctor Rapid, Déjà vu and the infamous Class IV-V
Boulder Drop.
Another springtime run is the Wenatchee River in Eastern Washington.
It’s wider than the Skykomish, with giant rolling swells
and deep troughs. On
a hot spring day the warm air and the cool waters make a perfect
blend for fun and excitement.
Other
Wave Trek white water rafting runs are the Tieton and the White
Salmon. Wherever you
