Our experienced consultant will work with your organization to help identify your needs and design a specialized program to accomplish your goals. Half day to multi-day programs can address numerous organizational development themes to include mission statement, goal setting, role identification, problem solving, and/or building interpersonal relationships.

We have many activities to help get our groups working together.

FREE CONSULTATION

Our consultant will provide a free initial meeting to discuss optional strategies to meet your needs. A written summary of the results will be provided to help implement resolutions at your work site.

We also provide state of the art gear to make your adventure as safe and fun as possible. On Multi day trips, you are rewarded with rustic camping, gourmet food, beautiful mountain scenery, allowing you to experience , first hand, the magnificent splendor of nature. After an exhilarating day of adventure you can lounge in the hot tub, take in the view, or just go on a nature walk to reflect on your experience. We also provide mountain bikes for those who still have energy to burn.

Eric Fry (CMC), of Advantare Development Co., is passionate about helping people and companies realize thier potential through: assessing, planning, training, and coaching teams and individuals. He is a twenty-year veteran of company managment, sales management, professional training, consulting, process improvement and selling.

Bill Corson, is an accomplished state trainer who has provided organizational development services to various public, private and nonprofit groups for 30 years.
